KCMO: Identity of cat kicker still sought, city is following up on tips

Kansas City, MO - Still no word on who the person is that is seen on video kicking a cat field-goal style on the field at Center High School while others watch and laugh.

The city released the video on Monday hoping to track down the people involved. The video quickly spread on social media like wildfire across the Metro and around the country.

“We received several good leads through citizen’s calls to the 311 line, the city’s social media channels and our media partners and we are currently following up on those leads," said John Baccala with KCMO Neighborhoods and Housing Services.

"We are still encouraging people with information to call the 311 line (513-1313) or the TIPS Hotline.”
