Thank you, don't come again.

A 40-year-old Florida resident was arrested on battery charges after assaulting a 7-Eleven employee with a Slurpee, Smoking Gun reports.

The Slurpee perp, a man named Brian Duffy, had a 9:20 a.m. argument with a female staff member over the price of the drink, police records show.

According to an affidavit, surveillance footage showed the man "back handing" the drink out of the clerk's hand, resulting in Slurpee that "flew onto the victim's person."

Police arrived to the scene after Duffy left the convenience store. However, he was later identified by the victim after he returned to the location.

During questioning, he told authorities that while he remembered "being charged too much for a drink," he didn't recall knocking the Slurpee out of the clerk's hand.

Duffy has priors including a battery conviction. He's currently being held in jail on this felony charge.
