Severe weather risk upgraded to moderate for KC Metro Tuesday night
Kansas City, MO - The potential for destructive weather in the KC Metro is high this Tuesday afternoon and evening, according to the National Weather Service office in Pleasant Hill.
A Tornado Watch for the entire KC Metro has been issued until 10pm.

All of northern Missouri is under a Moderate risk of severe weather.
Severe thunderstorms are expected to roll into Kansas City between 5pm and 7pm. The entire Metro has a 10% risk of an EF-2 tornado developing within 25 miles.
Widespread severe storms are likely this afternoon into this evening. Tornadoes, damaging winds, and large hail are all possible.
